14 days of nutritional advice and comprehensive support from Nutritional Therapist, Lindsey Whistler, and daily dynamic yoga with Yoga Teacher, massage therapist and founder of Mama Love Yoga London, Sara Smyth.

Have you struggled to stay healthy in lockdown? If so you aren’t alone. In times of uncertainty it’s only human to turn to things that comfort us.

Let’s banish any low energy and start living well again.

This 14 day plan has a focus on anti-inflammatory whole foods to get you feeling fantastic and delivers structure without too many restrictions to reset your nutrition and get you loving those greens again.

Did you know that the benefits of anti-inflammatory eating include feeling lighter, reduction of bloating, a boost to the immune system and increased energy and focus, as well as clearer skin and a better night’s sleep? What’s not to love?!

Daily dynamic yoga will boost your energy levels with a focus on embodied yoga, creative movement and DIY touch to encourage a release of emotional stress and tension, leaving you feeling lighter in spirit and raring to go!


The programme begins with a preparation week with an e-book by Lindsey containing information on an anti-inflammatory diet plus shopping lists, nutrition education & mindset exercises.

Upon starting the programme you will receive:

Yoga Reset

  • 14 days of half hour recorded dynamic yoga classes with Sara Smyth
  • Optional 1 hour live weekly yoga class
  • Bonus content videos including yogic breath work and relaxation

Nutritional Reset

  • 14 days of nutritional support and recipes from Lindsey Whistler
  • All participants with be entitled to 20% off a 1:1 nutritional therapy session with Lindsey

You will be supported and motivated by Sara and Lindsey during the Reset via daily mail-outs, a private Facebook Group and Q&A sessions.

Logistics: This is an online programme so you can take part from the comfort of your own home, however, you will have the option to attend one weekly live yoga class with Sara and take part in live Q&As in the private Facebook group.
