5 Day Yoga Challenge


There is nothing better than morning yoga. Roll out of bed and straight onto your mat. Before breakfast, before coffee…

The first 5 day #metimemorningyoga challenge starts on Monday 1 June 2020.

Cost: FREE as a pilot challenge in return for feedback and reviews!

The Challenge:

  •  a morning yoga practice for 5 days.

The Aims:

  • to begin a healing journey for mind and body;
  • to establish a regular daily practice and time for yourself;
  • to start the day from a place of balance;
  • to build strength and increase flexibility.

From Monday 1 June 2020, there will be a short 10 to 15 minute video on the Mama Love Yoga London Facebook page every morning, guiding you through a new yoga routine. Each day will focus on a different intent and area of the body.

If you have signed up below, you will also receive a daily email from Sara for 5 days with more guidance and motivation and are invited to share your thoughts, photos and questions during the challenge.

This challenge is suitable for all levels from beginner to more experienced yogis.

To join this challenge, please sign up using the contact form below setting out questions, health conditions or other restrictions that may affect your practice. This is your practice, my teaching is a guidance only and you must be responsible for your own body and work within your capacity.
