Join us for a soul-nourishing weekend of yoga, meditation, treatments, delicious food, a healing sound bath and a two night stay at Samsara Retreat, a unique luxury venue in Kent.

We will be focusing on women’s health, preparing our minds and bodies for menopause, celebrating this life change and having fun!

Friday 5 June 

Arrivals from 4.30pm
7pm Nourishing dinner
8.30pm Opening ceremony and Yoga Nidra
10pm Take time to wind down around our inglenook fire  before heading off to sleep

Saturday 6th June 

7.30am Pre-yoga juice and refreshments
8.30am Breathwork, Dynamic Yoga and Journaling
10.30am Good-For-You Brunch
11.15am Free time to relax or book a massage with Sara or nutritional therapy with Lindsey
2pm Nutrition workshop: Food & Fitness for Menopause. Tea and cake will be served. 
3.30pm Gentle Yoga and Meditation
5pm Nourishing dinner
7pm Healing Sound Bath with Crystal Vibes
9pm Gather around the firepit

Sunday 7th June

7.30am Pre-yoga refreshments
8.30am Breathwork, Dynamic Yoga and Journaling
11am Good-For-You Brunch
12pm Free time to relax or book a massage or nutritional therapy
2pm Hands-on fermentation workshop. Tea & cake will be served.

YOGA 

All yoga classes will be planned to support your physical, emotional and spiritual journey towards menopause.

Classes will be taught by Sara Smyth and will be a combination of Dynamic Yoga, Forrest-inspired yoga and a slower, more gentle yoga practice, all incorporating meditation, breath work and journaling.

FOOD AND NUTRITIONAL WORKSHOPS

This retreat contains 2 hours of workshops with Lindsey Whistler, registered Nutritional Therapist. The first workshop will focus on food and fitness for menopause. Learn how you can nourish yourself with hormone-supportive foods and which lifestyle practices will help you bring mind and body into balance.

There will also be the option to book 1:1 assessments with Lindsey over the weekend. You will receive a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan following an in-depth conversation about your health.

The delicious plant-based menu has been planned specifically to incorporate foods that will help to support your body through menopause. One of these is fermented foods – so we will be learning how to make sauerkraut. You will make your own and take it home!

TREATMENTS WITH SARA SMYTH AND LINDSEY WHISTLER

Sara is a Massage Therapist specialising in the Raynor method of deep tissue massage, the sole aim is to locate areas of physical and emotional tension in the body and releasing it. Sara is passionate about self-care and offers a holistic massage treatment, incorporating breath work for deep release.

Lindsey is a Nutritional TherapistShe has a private clinic in South London and runs cooking workshops, wellness coaching groups and her own healthy catering company. She is passionate about women taking their health into their own hands and the power of food.

Massage and Nutritional Therapy session are at extra cost and must be booked separately and in advance. There are 4 massage and 4 Nutritional Therapy slots available. To book please email mamaloveyogalondon@gmail.com.

During your free time you can make use of the facilities in the cottage, enjoy a nature walk, wander around the stunning garden and relax with friends around the fire pit while enjoying calming countryside views.
