Love Sara's classes. Friendly and non-judgmental. I've been going for over 2.5 years and feel much better for it!

I have been going to Sara’s yoga classes for nearly two years - she is an excellent yoga teacher. No two classes are... the same (different theme each week), I get a good workout, a good relaxation time at the end, I never get bored (she is also funny and doesn’t take herself too seriously 😊) Classes are affordable (just bought 10 class pass for £75), you will always feel welcome no matter how experienced you are, the rooms are spacious and airy (you can usually see trees and hear birds singing outside) - this is my favourite #metime moment of the week!read more

Sara is an excellent yoga teacher and her desire to share the benefits of yoga with her students is obvious. Sara is... warm, welcoming and caring and she brings these qualities to her teaching, meaning you feel cared for and looking after during her classes (which is especially nice for us mums who usually look after everyone else!). I particularly like how she uses and shares her own personal experiences as a way of bringing additional meaning to her classes and your practice, helping you to dive that bit deeper and come away feeling calm, renewed and energised. I couldn't recommend her classes enough, they really are for everybody no matter what your level and I can't wait for my next session.read more

I love Sara’s classes they are the perfect mix of strength and relaxation. Sara is one of the nicest ladies you could... ever meet, she exudes calm and serenity and constantly reminds you that this is your practise and to go at your own pace - there really is no place for ego’s in Sara’s classes. If I hadn’t moved to Norfolk I would still be going to her classes.read more

Such a welcoming class & Sara encourages each individual to achieve that they are able each class. The themes are... always relatable, and I feel relaxed & energized after each class. Haven't missed a class in 3+years.read more

I love Sara's classes. They are always just what I need. Whether it's with a focus on core, deep relaxation or powerful... dynamic flow, Sara tailors each class to her students needs & I never fail to leave feeling both relaxed & energised. I highly recommend Sara as a yoga teacher. She is always fun, gently challenging & enthusiastic. 5 Stars!!!!read more
