Sara Smyth
Sara has been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching since 2016.

Initially trained in Hot Power Yoga, her teaching style has evolved into a fusion of dynamic vinyasa flow and Forrest yoga with a focus on self-awareness, relaxing assists and helping students find their own unique practice.

Sara has 3 children, a fully grown man-child and 2 little girls. Despite her body being bashed by babies, she feels strong, flexible and balanced due to her regular yoga practice.

Sara believes in Yoga Magic.

Niki Puspoki
Niki’s aim is to help women get know their body and to approach poses with focus and feeling. She truly believes that the yoga mat is the best mirror we can find.

Niki has a warm, friendly and caring manner. Her intention is to teach classes that help to heal the body and nourish the soul.

Niki has trained in Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga, has completed the Forrest Yoga Advanced Teacher Training with Ana Forrest and Jose Calarco and is a Poppy Perinatal Yoga Graduate.

Niki aspires to continuously develop herself through trainings, books and by learning from fellow humans.
Nyeleti van Belle Freire
Nyeleti is a fun and energetic teacher who will mix power with compassion; flowing from one pose to the next and always focusing on the breath.

Nyeleti has been teaching since 2016 since completing her Power Yoga training. and now specialises in Dynamic Vinyasa flow.

She then completed the Forrest Yoga Advanced Teacher training in 2017, which focuses on healing and core strength.

Nyeleti brings a spiritual and personal side to the class, with the intention of getting you out of your mind and into your body. Her classes are open to all, beginners welcome.
